1. To incorporate an IBC we need the following from you:

   1. Duly completed Seychelles IBC application form

   2. Copy of your passport with photo and specimen signature

   3. Signed Lawful purposes declaration

   4. Personal references

   5. Payment - Cash, Visa, MasterCard, or Bank Transfer

      
      
      

2. To open a bank account the banks require:

   1. Bank references for each director

   2. Certified copy of your passport

   3. Bank mandates duly filled

   4. Corporate documents and minutes of meeting electing bankers (usually provided by A.C.T. - OFFSHORE (PTY) LTD.)

      
      
      

3. To register a trust we need the following from you:

   1. Your contact details (Name, address etc). Please note that there is no requirement to mention the name of the settler.

   2. Trust deed

   3. Trustees (usually provided by A.C.T. - OFFSHORE (PTY) LTD.)

   4. Payment - Cash, Visa, Mastercard or Bank Transfer
