To incorporate an IBC we need the following from you:

Duly completed Seychelles IBC application form

Copy of your passport with photo and specimen signature

Signed Lawful purposes declaration

Personal references
-
Payment - Cash, Visa, MasterCard, or Bank Transfer

To open a bank account the banks require:

Bank references for each director
-
Certified copy of your passport

Bank mandates duly filled
-
Corporate documents and minutes of meeting electing bankers (usually provided by A.C.T. - OFFSHORE (PTY) LTD.)

To register a trust we need the following from you:

Your contact details (Name, address etc). Please note that there is no requirement to mention the name of the settler.
