   We do not compile client or prospective client information such as e-mail addresses or addresses. No data base of any kind has been created using such information. We do not collect any prospect information.

   Any links from this website are restricted to other sites intended to provide reference material on the Seychelles. We have no control over whether such sites engage in privacy policies such as ours.

   We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an application/declaration only to complete that application/declaration. We do not share this information with outside parties.

   We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

   Information you provide will not be used for any other purpose than the business at hand as well as annual reminders relating to license fees and similar necessary matters. Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us in ways unrelated to the ones described above.

   We do not facilitate initial contact nor provide client information, by telephone, in order to maintain absolute security. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we employ the services of a reputable, nationally-recognized commercial server.
